Peter is a register massage therapist with 2200hrs. His services include Deep Tissue, Manual lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic, Meridian Massage and Acupressure. Peter has been a practicing therapist since 2009. Affiliated with Natural Healthcare Practitioners of Canada, and completed his 2200hrs Diploma with the Mary Helen Vicars School of Massage Therapy. Peter has specialized his trainings with Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD pre and post surgery, Myofacial releases and dealings with scar tissue pre and post surgeries, Sport Massage pre and post athletics, Therapeutic dealings with; balancing proper postures, muscle tension, headaches-tension/migraines, nerve impingement, vascular impingement, arthritis, chronic pain, Temporal Mandibular Joint Disfunction TMJD, Motor Vehicle accidents MVA, Whiplash, Frozen shoulder, Plantar fasciitis,ext). Peter also enjoys his specialized Meridian massage (unlocking energy blockages) and Acupressure treatments. Peter has competed at the national level on several occasions in martial arts(Chito-ryu/kobojitsu/Chito-bow), Soccer, and rowing. While receiving regular massage chiropractic adjustments his appreciations for his care givers grew. Since an early age of 4 Peter has introduced martial arts and spiritual meditations (Chi-Gong) into his daily routines. Now, he is influenced by medical Chi-Gong and enjoys his time massaging at Innovations Health Clinic. Peter looks forward to expanding his learnings with his new influences in the work space.
