Jeff Sutton


Jeff Sutton (HBSc, BHS, CSCS) is a human biologist and biofeedback practitioner specializing in chronic and posttraumatic stress and their effects on health, pain, and performance. He is a former Emergency Medical Technician and Search & Rescue Specialist. He has long maintained credentials as an NSCA—Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and in 2007/08, he played an integral role in developing a peak performance program for medical staff and hundreds of Chinese Olympians at the Federal Sports Hospital in Beijing, China. Jeff employs biofeedback, sound and light brain entrainment, and laser therapies—all of which are safe and compatible with other medical treatments.
