MEDITATION is an ancient practice that allows us to find the peaceful stillness that exists within. From this place, profound insights can occur and our ability to create an inner environment that encourages healing at the deepest level can be achieved.
There is evidence-based research that suggests that meditation has multiple benefits at the level of our body, mind and spirit. With a regular practice, you can lower your stress hormones, improve sleep, manage life challenges with more ease and gain clarity, to name only a few of the benefits.
It is a perfect time to start a meditation practice as we enter into the fall season. In this introductory session, you will learn about the different styles of meditation followed by a guided meditation to take you on a journey inward.
