Laura Gauthier

Laura spent 10 years in medical research on projects investigating cancer and cellular regulation, earning her PhD in the process. Her personal beliefs in holistic medicine led her to transition into the world of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine possesses tools unavailable in western medicine to treat and prevent diseases, which she feels are underutilized in the Western world. Laura focuses on treating internal health conditions such as digestive and bowel disorders, hypertension, incontinence, menopause, respiratory conditions, anxiety and stress. Treatment techniques she employs include acupuncture, cupping, custom herbal formulations, and auricular therapy.
